How to read this list

Figures come from country data verified between 2026-10-23 and 2026-10-25. Tuition ranges depend on sample and programme type; mind the difference between per-semester, per-year and per-programme totals. No currency conversion is made; use the current rate in your own budget.

Cheap is not the same as suitable

  • Free or low-fee programmes may be in the local language; the existence of an English programme and its capacity must be checked separately.
  • Language certificate, visa proof of funds, insurance and housing deposit add to the total budget.
  • Scholarship data varies by country; eligibility for Turkey must be confirmed in the call text.

  • Did I list fees for the same programme type from each university page?
  • Did I check monthly living cost at city level?
