What we do
Our focus is universities in the top 400 of the QS World University Rankings. We advise students on choosing universities and programmes, application files, scholarship research, visas and residence permits, accommodation and settling in.
We work with students across many European countries and in Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Russia and Azerbaijan. That is why we know the process has to account not only for the destination country but also for the document, translation, apostille and payment realities in the student's home country.
Our approach
- Verified information: we take fees, deadlines and visa requirements from official sources and show the source and verification date on the page.
- Realistic expectations: the university decides admission, the consulate decides the visa and the scholarship provider decides the award. We do not guarantee these outcomes.
- Transparent process: the scope of service and the fee are agreed in writing before we start.
- Student-first selection: the university list is driven by your profile, budget and goals, not by commissions or partnerships.
- Multilingual communication: support in Turkish, English, Russian and Ukrainian; Kazakh and Azerbaijani content is on the way.
What to look for in a consultancy
Opaque promises are common in the study-abroad consulting sector. When choosing a firm, ask:
- Are the scope of service and the fee stated clearly in a written contract?
- What are the refund and cancellation terms?
- Are there unconditional promises such as "guaranteed admission"? If so, what are the conditions?
- Does the firm cite official sources for the fees, durations and requirements it gives?
- Are university application fees paid directly to the university?
