Sultan Qaboos University (postgraduate; undergraduate places for foreigners are limited to special pathways): non-Omani 2026 schedule - MSc with 24 course credits + 6 thesis credits OMR 5,600 (engineering, computer science, data science, agriculture, science); arts/social sciences MSc OMR 4,900; PhD thesis OMR 9,800 (science/agriculture/engineering) or OMR 7,000 (arts); postgraduate diplomas OMR 3,087-4,032. Application fee OMR 10 per programme. UTAS (international postgraduate): credit-hour fee OMR 120-130, total OMR 3,600-3,900, plus OMR 50 admission and OMR 30 registration per semester. Sohar University: whole-programme tuition for 4-year bachelor's OMR 9,088 (Accountancy) to OMR 10,110 (Civil Engineering); diplomas OMR 4,480-4,958. Middle East College (Coventry-affiliated, English): OMR 2,586-5,100 per year of 120 credits (OMR 10,343-20,400 for 480 credits); postgraduate OMR 3,355-4,318 per year.
