Law 02-03 art. 13 distinguishes cards by purpose: 'student' cards are for study with sufficient means; a card for professional activity subject to authorisation is a separate category. Art. 40 allows a short-stay visa to be cancelled if the holder pursues gainful activity without authorisation. No student-specific hours cap or work permission was found in the law text or on reachable official pages.
