Coverage
AMCI: more than 12,000 foreign students held these scholarships in 2019/2020. Saint Lucia notice 2024-25 (20 scholarships offered to that country): monthly stipend 1,750 MAD for 12 months, one outbound and one return ticket, health insurance, campus housing for up to 3 years or 500 MAD monthly supplement, free tuition at public institutions. Terms vary by partner country.

Annual; set per country by AMCI via diplomatic missions (Saint Lucia 2024-25: 31 May 2024). 2026-27 dates not found.
Eligibility
Applications go through the applicant's home government (diplomatic channel); direct applications are not considered and only files forwarded by AMCI are examined (UCA, UM5, UH2C). Undergraduate: baccalaureate, age roughly 19-23 depending on institution (2024-25 notice). Availability for citizens of Turkey, Russia, Kazakhstan, Ukraine or Azerbaijan was not verified; check with the national ministry or Moroccan embassy.
