MoHE announcement no. 7 (2024-25 round for private Syrian universities, medicine/dentistry/pharmacy): Arab and foreign students applying through the Arab/foreign comparison pay tuition and instalments in US dollars; Syrian students pay in Syrian pounds. Non-resident Syrians plus Arab/foreign students are capped at 40% of seats per faculty, and certificates from one country at 50% of that quota. Per-university dollar amounts are set by each private university within Higher Education Council ceilings and were not retrieved. Announcement dates from August 2024, before the 2024-25 change of government; current rules may differ.Source
