Per the 2022 Usul ve Esaslar: monthly stipend (up to 2x the statutory undergraduate/graduate loan-scholarship amount, set by the YÖK Executive Board), tuition, Turkish-language training (one year if no Turkish certificate), general health insurance premium, KYK dormitory fee or housing support, flights for arrival/return. Max 200 students per year.
