Mission notice (late Aug 2026, search summary): registration platform for foreign scholarship applicants moved from SAORG to ADAB (adab.saorg.ir); applicant first obtains a scholarship code from the Iranian representation in their country of residence, registers, receives a tracking code and gives it to the representation; bachelor's applicants min GPA 14/20, max age 22; documents authenticated by the home MFA and Iranian embassy. Not holding Iranian citizenship is a condition. Competitive; selection by Iranian authorities.
