Based on secondary-school grades: Biology plus Chemistry, Physics or Mathematics; max 300 points; min 30 per subject and 100 total; 140 English Medicine places (search-summary). Application fee 85 PLN (no exam) / 100 PLN (exam). Online subject exam for some non-EU certificates.
Language requirement: English certificate B2 minimum (accepted list on UMW site).
