In many European cities student housing is limited and application windows can close early. In countries such as the Netherlands, a housing shortage is well known, so acting right after the offer matters. University residences, publicly supported student housing, private student accommodation and shared flats each offer different advantages in cost and location.
Accommodation may also be required as evidence for your visa application. Our consulting helps you compare options, understand contract clauses and reduce the risk of fraud.
