# **Fees and transparency**

We state clearly what our fee covers, which costs belong to universities or official bodies, and what is written into the contract.

## How is the fee set?

The consulting fee depends on the number of target countries, the number of universities you apply to, the scope of scholarship and visa services and the intensity of the process. The exact amount is explained in the free initial consultation according to your profile and appears in the written contract.

## What may be included in the consulting fee

- Profile analysis and university shortlist
- Application calendar and document plan
- Feedback on your application file
- Application entries and follow-up
- Scholarship research and application support (depending on the package)
- Visa file preparation (depending on the package)

## What is not included

The following items are usually paid directly to the university or the relevant body and are separate from the consulting fee:

- University application fees
- Tuition fees and deposits
- Language test fees (IELTS, TOEFL, etc.)
- Visa and residence permit fees, biometrics/visa centre fees
- Health insurance
- Official document translation, notary and apostille costs
- Flights and accommodation

## What is written in the contract?

- Scope of services and deliverables
- Total fee, currency and payment plan
- Cancellation and refund terms
- Responsibilities of each party
- The real conditions of any guarantee wording (for example, admission, visa or scholarship outcomes are not guaranteed)
- Processing of personal data

## Why we do not offer "guarantees"

Admission, visa and scholarship decisions are made by institutions other than us. Offering unconditional guarantees for these outcomes would be misleading. Instead we focus on securing the parts that are within your control: accurate information, complete documents and timely applications.
