# **How we work**

From the first conversation to arrival, we move step by step, making timelines and responsibilities clear.

## Process overview

1. **1. Free initial consultation**  
   We listen to your goals, academic background, budget and timeline. The scope of service and fees are explained in this conversation.
2. **2. Profile analysis**  
   Grades, background, language level and goals are assessed and a realistic range of options is defined.
3. **3. Country and university selection**  
   A shortlist is prepared with fees, requirements and dates verified against official sources, balancing reach, match and safe options.
4. **4. Contract and kick-off**  
   Scope, fee, payment plan and refund terms are agreed in a written contract.
5. **5. Application and scholarships**  
   Documents are prepared, applications and any scholarship applications are submitted and tracked.
6. **6. Offer, visa and accommodation**  
   After the offer we handle enrolment, deposit, visa/residence permit and accommodation steps.
7. **7. Arrival and settling in**  
   A pre-arrival checklist and guidance during the first weeks.

## Who is responsible for what?

- Your responsibility: accurate and complete information, documents and meeting deadlines.
- Our responsibility: verified information, regular follow-up and feedback on the quality of your file.
- The university: the admission decision.
- The consulate / immigration authority: the visa and residence permit decision.
- The scholarship provider: the scholarship decision.

## How long does it take?

It depends on the country and programme. In general, starting application preparation 6–12 months ahead lets you manage dates and documents comfortably. Some government scholarships close before university applications.
