[**Free consultation for Georgia**](https://armaneducation.com/en/contact?country=georgia) ## **Overview** Georgia is a Caucasus country whose higher education sector is concentrated in Tbilisi, with public and private universities offering a limited set of English-taught programmes, notably medicine and some master's degrees. This dataset is a partial first pass. Most university homepages did not expose tuition, founding or enrolment figures to automated fetching, so those fields are null rather than estimated. For non-visa-exempt applicants, universities describe a D3 study visa obtained before travel, followed by a study residence permit from the Public Service Development Agency (GEL 300/450/600 for 30/20/10-day processing). A press report dated September 2026 states that from 2027-28 foreign citizens will be admitted without entrance exams, with B1 (bachelor) and B2 (master) language levels; this is unverified against an official ministry text.
