Settling abroad involves many small but time-consuming tasks: address registration, residence card, bank account, health insurance, transport card and a phone line. The order and timing differ by country; in many countries address registration is a prerequisite for several other tasks.

Our settling-in support provides a checklist before you travel and guidance for questions that come up in the first weeks. The aim is to reduce uncertainty during adaptation.
