العمل أثناء الدراسة في النمسا والبقاء بعد التخرج.

## **حقوق العمل وما بعد التخرج**

حتى 20 ساعة أسبوعيًا بما في ذلك العمل الهامشي؛ يجب على صاحب العمل الحصول على تصريح عمل من AMS قبل البدء، ويُمنح دون اختبار سوق العمل.

**بعد التخرج:** يمكن تجديد تصريح إقامة الطالب لاثني عشر شهرًا للبحث عن عمل أو بدء نشاط تجاري. تتطلب Red-White-Red Card للخريجين (شهادة نمساوية بمستوى البكالوريوس/Diplom على الأقل) عرض عمل من صاحب عمل محدد يتوافق مع المؤهل خلال الأشهر الاثني عشر وبالراتب الإجمالي المعتاد للمبتدئين؛ دون اختبار سوق العمل ودون نظام نقاط؛ يمكن تغيير صاحب العمل بعد انتظار 45 يومًا؛ وRed-White-Red Card plus بعد 21 شهرًا من العمل المؤهِّل خلال الأشهر الـ24 السابقة. مدة صلاحية البطاقة غير مذكورة في الصفحة.
